Enable Show FPS and then Compile Shaders Before Starting.
Launch the ZArchiver and then find the RAR/ZIP file you have downloaded. When you click on that file/folder it will give you so many options but you need to go with the extract here option. This will extract your game files in a folder with the name as the ZIP/RAR file which will now comprehend the ISO file of the game. Go to your game folder location. Once you are there, click on it, and then you will be able to play the game whenever you want.
